Overview :

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Distribution Operations Associate to support Video-On-Demand (VOD) content delivery across multiple networks. This role ensures timely, accurate distribution while managing metadata, asset delivery, and partner communications in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Media Services, Broadcast Operations, Programming, Sales, and Marketing, serving as a key point of contact for VOD operations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage VOD content delivery to affiliates and partners, including automated and manual workflows, alerts, and redeliveries.
• Monitor distribution schedules and ensure assets meet technical and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues, package content as needed, and maintain database and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate programming deliveries, ad / promos distribution, and asset tracking.
• Document processes, follow standard operating procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high-level customer service and act as a subject matter expert on tools, workflows, and industry standards.

Qualifications :

Experience with MVPD a PLUS!!!!
