Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams, focusing on team health, capability, and performance management
Own the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities and cross-functional needs
Drive the adoption of AI-enabled development practices and workflows across engineering teams
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3-5 years in engineering leadership
Proven track record in managing teams and influencing cross-team initiatives
Familiarity with modern web application stacks such as Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled development tools and agentic engineering workflows
Strong understanding of scalability and system design
