Marketing Data Analyst Responsibilities :
As a Marketing Data Analyst at ProPivotal, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven revolution. Dive deep into candidate applications, harness the power of data analytics, and unlock the full potential of candidate leads.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Interpreting data to optimize candidate utilization.
- Crafting search parameters to match candidates with client job openings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business needs.
- Delivering insightful reports and presentations to senior management.
Who We're Looking For :
- Experience : Bring at least 3 years of related experience in a corporate environment to the table, with exposure to talent acquisition being a definite plus.
- Analytical Acumen : Demonstrate a keen interest in analysis, with familiarity in tools like R or Python considered advantageous.
- Critical Thinking : Possess superior critical thinking and analytical skills, coupled with an impeccable attention to detail.
- Location : . Do you want to work in person in our Boston office. Our approach (100% in-office) is an important facilitator of staff development.
