We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Associated Time Instruments team. You are an ideal candidate if you have previous experience as a Coordinator, scheduling expert, or customer service representative.
Requirements :
- Working as a team to efficiently execute service
- Daily scheduling of technicians across Louisiana and Texas
- Billing service hours
- Customer service support and client relationship management
- Project support and scheduling
- After-sales quoting
- Maintenance contract review and management
- Other duties as assigned
