Registered Nurse - Cardiac Neuro Telemetry (Med-Tele) Location :
- Sanford, FL Schedule : Full-Time Day or Night Shifts (Rotating Weekends) Pay Range : $29.00 to $42.13 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus : Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance : Available (case-by-case basis) Shift Differentials : $4.50 / hr for nights, $1.50 / hr for weekends Join a high-performing medical-surgical telemetry unit delivering exceptional care to patients with cardiac and neurological conditions.
- This 27-bed unit manages telemetry patients, post-CABG, myocardial infarction, chest pain, and similar high-acuity diagnoses.
