A leading Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) supporting federal healthcare infrastructure programs is hiring Construction Administrators (CM-CA) to support major renovations and upgrades at federal medical campuses , including an urgent opening in OKC, OK.
These roles provide on-site construction oversight, documentation management, quality assurance, and contractor coordination inside active healthcare environments
You will play a key role in supporting federally funded improvements that directly impact patient care, life-safety compliance, and healthcare facility operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform daily construction inspections and monitor progress across multiple trades
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Provide QA / QC oversight and identify contractor deficiencies
- Track RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project milestones
- Assist in pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and close-out phases
- Support risk assessments related to impacts on patient-care areas
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders
- Prepare reports, documentation logs, and compliance records
- Evaluate plans, specifications, and constructability considerations
- Verify acceptable work-in-place against baseline schedule and cost expectations
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship (required for federal credentialing)Eligible to pass a Public Trust (T1) Federal Background Check3+ years of construction experience (healthcare, federal, or complex renovations preferred)Ability to provide 3–5 comparable past projects (required for federal submission)Experience with QA / QC, contractor oversight, and construction documentationStrong understanding of general contractor and subcontractor operationsFamiliarity with Quality Assurance, Safety, Cost, Time, & Information ManagementAbility to analyze drawings, specs, and contract documentsProficiency with construction or project-management softwareDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field OR equivalent experiencePreferred Background
Experience working in active hospitals or medical environmentsBackground with federal projects (VA, DoD, USACE, GSA, etc.)Understanding of life-safety, infection control, or phased constructionStrong communication and documentation skills
