Now Hiring : Sous Chef - Banquets

In this role, you’ll be responsible for assisting the banquet team in managing kitchen operations for large-scale events. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality food for all banquet meals, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen workflows.

Weekends, evenings, and holiday availability are a must.

Salary Range - $65,000-$85,000

What You’ll Do :

• Contributes to the execution of large-scale banquet events, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to adjust service based on last-minute changes or guest requests. Attending daily BEO meetings.
• Continuously improving kitchen efficiency and workflows, ensuring high productivity during peak banquet service.
