Alliance Laundry Systems is looking for an Installation Specialist who can also service and repair commercial laundry equipment for internal and external clients. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving problems on-site, and keeping customers up and running, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
- Install, start up, and verify safe operation of commercial laundry machines.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues; read and interpret electrical / mechanical drawings.
- Deliver clear findings, recommendations, and user guidance to customers after service.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and disassemble / reassemble equipment for repairs.
- Order and track parts; review work orders / invoices to ensure timely completion.
- Document work accurately and maintain vehicle inventory and expense reports.
- Respond to emergency / unscheduled maintenance dispatched by the Service Manager and escalate appropriately.
- Contribute ideas to improve service best practices and processes.
Who you are
Based in or near the Southside of Seattle, WA (ideal).High school graduate (or equivalent).2+ years in commercial, military, industrial, or manufacturing equipment repair preferred; or a comparable mix of education / training / experience.Comfortable working with single‑phase electric power equipment (required).Familiar with phone / email / ticketing dispatch workflows and basic MS Outlook, Word, and Excel (preferred).Skills and traits

Frequent travel within your assigned territory; some overnight trips for special projects.Physical and standard requirements
Regular sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, stooping, bending, climbing, and manual dexterity.Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. frequently; assistive devices available for heavier items.Ability to talk and hear; frequent use of hands; computer work requiring close vision and focus adjustment.Valid driver’s license and clean MVR; company vehicle may be provided.Benefits and pay

Washington base compensation : $28.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
