Job description3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food / beverage preferred) - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills - Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment - Experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers - Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems - Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings - Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, and wastewater systems a plus - Commitment to food safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement - Safety-conscious mindset with ability to work independently on 6pm–6am shift
