A market leader and supplier of Division 8 materials- doors, frames, finish hardware, and access control hardware. We are a family-owned business whose goal is to provide our customers excellent service, build long-lasting relationships, and ultimately attain future sales and lifelong customers.

Job Overview TCH is currently looking to grow our Engineering and Sales depts. We are offering an 8-week paid training program to educate and teach you all about our industry.
Qualifications
During this paid training program, you will learn : -Products specific to our industry -Fire and Safety codes -Computer software specific to our industry -Project budgeting -Project Life Cycle -Project Management skills -Strategic pricing in a competitive bid market -Negotiation skills -TCH capabilities Hollow Metal Shop, Wood Shop, Hardware and Service
After training is complete Employees are assessed throughout the training program and then placed in a role that best fits their skill level to support growth and advancement within the company.
Relocation opportunities may be available at our other locations.
Skills Requirements -Inside / outside sales experience a plus -Construction Management education / skills preferred -Door and Hardware or related experience / education preferred, but not required -Self-motivated individual who can manage their time effectively in a fast-paced environment -Detail-oriented individual that is able to juggle multiple projects and strict deadlines -Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with great interpersonal skills -Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and comprehension -Mechanical aptitude is quite helpful -Proficient with basic computer software : GSheets, GDocs, Gmail, etc.
Working Conditions Office environment involving extended periods of computer work; workstations allow standing or sitting.
