Locally established construction firm doing business on all islands. We are general contractors who specialize in remediation, tenant improvement, and commercial/ residential renovations.
Needed: estimator with 10+ years experience and backgrounds in commercial, multi-family, mixed use, and single family residential construction; must know building process from ground up. Credible knowledge of cost analysis for litigation and experience as an expert witness important.
Skills required, technical: proficient in computing with Microsoft suite (I.e. excel, outlook, word, etc.); interpretation of project scope, detail callout, job plans; contract/ agreement generation (AIA etc.); computation of costs (calculation of tax, mark up etc.).
Skills required, personal: strong networking and communication skills, sales oriented, productive and good natured team member, efficient.
Bonus Skills: construction management, project management, carpentry and project closeout.
