Deployment Engineer

A company is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work directly with customers and enhance deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and integrate Revic's AI platform with customer systems

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve product offerings based on customer feedback

Build frameworks to streamline the onboarding process for future customers

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of engineering or technical deployment experience, preferably in customer-facing roles

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python

Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or intelligent automation

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
