About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Demand Generation to take the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy. This strategy will encompass a wide range of initiatives, including paid search, other paid media, events, webinars, email, and multi-channel programs, with a focus on both SMB and Enterprise customer segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling the existing demand engine to drive significant pipeline and ARR growth, and will work closely with commercial leaders and RevOps to ensure alignment with go-to-market plans. Hands-on skills in analytics, KPIs, and marketing / sales technologies are essential, as is the ability to optimize ROAS and CAC / LTV by customer type and campaign channel.
Applicants for the VP, Demand Generation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 12 years' of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles focused on demand generation, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling demand generation functions, with deep expertise in SEM, paid media, digital events, webinars, and email marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment. Strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at the executive level are also key qualifications for this position.
