Bilingual Customer Care Agents are needed for a fast-growing skincare company in Irvine. Temporary to hire positions available, paying $23-24 / hr, depending on experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM. Hours could adjust a bit down the road. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and PTO.

We're seeking friendly, detail-oriented Customer Care Agents to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and distributors. You will ensure every customer feels valued, every issue is handled with care from start to finish, and every interaction reflects the warmth and professionalism of our brand.

Job Duties :

• Provide exceptional, friendly support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers and distributors with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
• Resolve issues with meticulous attention to detail making sure no concern is left unresolved
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Translate or explain marketing materials and product information for multilingual audiences
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
• Be a brand ambassador embodying our passion for skincare and the values behind every product we make

Compensation / Pay Rate (up to) : $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
