Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities include : leading project planning, scheduling, and execution; managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams; monitoring budgets, cost control, and change orders; ensuring safety and quality standards are met; communicating with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders; and driving project closeout and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction; proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects from start to finish; experience in the medical construction sector preferred; bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
