We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Financial with a strong background in financial analysis and leadership. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.

Lead and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives.

Conduct thorough financial analysis to guide decision-making.

Collaborate closely with the FP&A team to optimize financial systems.

Utilize Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

5-7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with progression to a Sr. Financial Analyst.

MBA in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.

Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Expertise in Microsoft Power BI.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Hyperion, cloud-based financial systems, and VBA.

Ambition, drive, and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively with systems and data.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with office days on Tuesday through Thursday in Great River. The work environment is business casual. The FP&A team consists of approximately 5 members, while the accounting team comprises another 10 members.

This is a Permanent position based out of Great River, New York.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00 / yr. Full medical dental and vision but I don't know exact details as of yet.

This is a hybrid position in Great River, NY.
