Responsibilities :

• Software Expert & Strategic Voice : Serve as the subject matter expert for BD Alaris Infusion System ancillary software across core teams, downstream marketing, and regions. Lead efforts on software projects by translating customer and patient needs into actionable QMS deliverables. Take ownership of product enhancements, integrations, and lifecycle continuity for our on-market portfolio.
• Champion Quality & Product Excellence : Lead recurring quality-related activities that support product development and ensure we deliver safe, effective, and impactful solutions.
• Inspire Through Communication & Culture : Deliver compelling presentations to cross-functional teams, leadership, and broader audiences. Foster a collaborative, positive culture that encourages continuous improvement.
• Lead with Influence : Demonstrate thought leadership within the Marketing organization by promoting best practices and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Qualifications :

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.
