Position Specific Description
In the role of the Associate Wind Site Manager, you will assume responsibility for all operational facets on the maintenance and repair of a wind power plant facility. Your chief priority will be ensuring the team's safety while concurrently focusing on maximizing performance and profitability per the operational framework. This will necessitate devising and executing strategies to elevate maintenance practices, diagnostic capabilities, and overall operational efficiency, resulting in heightened customer satisfaction and reduced service expenditures.
The next Leadership Development Program cohort will begin on January 5th, 2026. The candidate selection process will take place throughout October and November. Onboarding will be held at our Renewable Training Center in Iowa for 3 weeks. Once complete, candidates will return home to begin the Leadership Development Program- Wind Operations.

Additionally, your duties may encompass :
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in English. Possesses either a Bachelor's Degree in business / engineering or has 5 years of equivalent experience in a leadership role. Demonstrated adaptability to different geographic locations for potential future roles. At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within wind turbines or rotating equipment. Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a complex organizational structure and across all levels of the Company. Strong executive presentation skills. Quality Tools and Techniques, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred. Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology. Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities. Exceptional analytical capabilities and a track record of thriving in cross-functional environments.

Leaders in this job are responsible for the daily management and leadership of a wind power generation facility. Individuals are responsible for the overall safe and reliable operation of the wind site.
