Job descriptionPassion for Italian cuisine, beverage, and culture Ready to commit fully to opening a new restaurant to lay the ground work for long term sucess Desire to create an elegant yet approachable experience for all guests Personable, professional and positive Responsible and self-motivated Strong desire to work within a team-oriented company Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in fine-dining service environments Strong beverage knowledge of classic cocktails and most common varietals used in Italy, France and U.S are a plus Able to lift 30+ pounds Fluent in both written and spoken English Must have basic math skills Maintain friendly, helpful and positive attitude at all times Polished personal presentation Communicates information effectively and efficiently Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business Ability to walk, stand, and / or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress Attends mandatory staff meetings Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards Adherence to posted schedule and clock in / out at times Unpack & organize all items in and around the restaurant to maintain highest level of cleanliness possible Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Management Team Adhere to all HR policies and procedures Carlotto is an Equal Opportunity Employer
