Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our team in Chanhassen. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, and supporting general office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
• Prepare and send outgoing mail, including certified and overnight shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries.
• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, scanners, and copiers.
• Assist with inventory of mailing supplies and reorder as needed.
• Provide support for document scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and postal regulations.
