Description : ABOUT THE ROLE :

Amrize Building Envelope is recruiting for a Manager of Quality Systems and Suppliersresponsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining its Quality Management System(QMS) and developing the company & supplier quality program . The role requires a proactiveindividual who can develop and manage system compliance, lead training programs, improvesupplier performance, and address non-conformities to ensure continuous improvement andoperational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

QMS Development and Maintenance

• Develop and sustain a QMS framework that aligns with ISO 9001 requirements andintegrates with operational procedures.
• Regularly update the system to reflect changes inregulations and industry best practices.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 standards across all departments.
• Training and development of employees across all levels of the organization on theaspects of the QMS and its applications.
• Equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize the QMS effectively in their daily operations.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities.

Supplier Management

resolve QPRs and other product or service issues in a timeframe outlined in our performance requirements.

Continuous Improvement
