About the Team
The End User Compute Engineering (EUCE) group is a specialized team within LNRS focused on optimizing and securing endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and automation processes across the enterprise. The team partners cross-functionally with security, architects, and business leaders while mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across infrastructure and enterprise systems (networking, Active Directory, integrations).
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of the EUC environment, including Intune, JAMF, Cloud Management, and VDI solutions.
- Develop automation scripts, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with security teams on policy, compliance, and endpoint protection.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers.
Must-Have Skills
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, and Microsoft Defender.Strong knowledge of security policy and governance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including incident handling.Additional Preferred SkillsJAMF, SCCM / Config ManagerAzure / Entra ID, O365, Autopilot, Conditional AccessScripting : PowerShell, Python, BashApplication packaging (MSI, MSIX, DMG, etc.)Zero-trust security modelsFamiliarity with ITIL practices
