You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. - Arrange for open houses and other community events to locally spread brand awareness
- Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry
- Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes
- Manage social media accounts, including creating graphics
- Maintain office cleanliness and supply inventory
- Maintain company property listings on MLS and CoStar Qualifications :
- Weekend and evening availability
- Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in the real estate industry
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Real estate license not required
- Experience using Canva preferred Compensation : $20 hourly
- Manage social media accounts, including creating graphics
