The Opportunity : As a Lead Software Engineer for Web Services, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of email through cutting-edge technologies such as JMAP. You'll tackle complex technical challenges, influence product direction, and drive innovation in our web services.

Your Role :

• Lead major technical projects by defining scope, planning, and prioritizing features collaboratively.
• Influence the product vision by advocating for user requirements and contributing to long-term development roadmaps.
• Ensure quality and reliability through strategic design, rigorous testing, and thorough code reviews.
• Design, build, and maintain services using Python and Typescript while optimizing email delivery systems.
• Collaborate effectively with design and engineering teams across the globe.
• Support service stability by participating in a shared on-call rotation.
