Gravure Ink has opened a new temperature-controlled facility equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a new printing press, and is hiring a Continuous Improvement Specialist. This key role reports to the Leadership Team and is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Improvement processes to ensure high quality and achieve ISO certification.

Gravure Ink is a major manufacturer and supplier of decorative and textured printed vinyls and papers across the United States, expanding its operations to La Porte, Indiana.

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will oversee the framework and implementation of Lean Six Sigma initiatives to promote operational excellence. Responsibilities include planning, facilitating, and executing improvement events like Kaizen, coaching teams, and collaborating across functions such as logistics.

Responsibilities Include :

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and cost savings
• Leading Lean Six Sigma projects and training teams
• Collaborating across departments to improve processes
• Defining project scope and success criteria
• Prioritizing improvement initiatives based on impact and effort
• Securing employee commitment for change management
• Developing and executing implementation plans
• Monitoring outcomes and benefits of improvements
