About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Content to take the lead in shaping and elevating its editorial presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the content vision and strategy across various formats, building and managing an editorial calendar, and developing new publications and innovative content. A key aspect of the role is to ensure that all content is delivered on time, in line with the brand, and of the highest quality. The Head of Content will also be tasked with aligning editorial output with the company's brand, product, and growth priorities, and will work closely with leadership to achieve these goals.

Applicants for the Head of Content position at the company should have a proven track record in editorial judgment and brand voice stewardship, with a strong history of storytelling and copywriting across different formats. Experience in partnering with advertising teams on new media products, as well as a working knowledge of corporate finance and the CFO audience, is essential. The role requires the ability to provide creative direction, drive idea generation, and to define and uphold the editorial policy and style guide. The ideal candidate will have a background in hiring, managing, and developing creative and editorial teams, and will be committed to excellence in all aspects of content production.
