Customer Service Manager
We have an immediate opening for a multitasking Customer Service Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing daily administrative operations, overseeing the customer service department, providing administrative assistance and support to the district manager, and assisting with the development and implementation of reporting procedures. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree preferred, 3 years of directly related management expertise, management experience in a call center environment, and knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
