Lead Process Improvement Engineer (Only -Onsite)

Job Summary : As a Lead Process Improvement Engineer within the Operational Excellence Department, you will serve as an internal management consultant working collaboratively to achieve substantial improvement in operations by managing a portfolio of projects throughout the project lifecycle and collaborating with operational leaders to achieve agreements, develop & implement recommendations, support change and achieve excellent, lasting results for our patients. You will help shape the growth of the Operational Excellence team by sharing your knowledge to develop other team members, promoting new and innovative tools and skills, and expanding the project portfolio.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of at least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Healthcare Management, or other healthcare-related field with significant improvement science and transformation training and experience, required. Experience with modern EMR software, optimization, reporting, and workflow design. At least 1 year mentoring and developing other team members.
Education : Master’s degree, required.
Licenses / Certifications : Lean / Six Sigma Certification or equivalent experience.
Other : Deep understanding of the Healthcare system and an ability to apply system / design thinking to understand, model, and improve operations at an organizational level. Advanced proficiency in statistics and statistical software with an ability to visualize data for improvement / performance monitoring. Advanced skills with data visualization software (Tableau / Power BI), SQL / databases, and ETL process / tools (SSIS) required. Advanced skills in process automation utilizing software solutions such as Robotic Process Automation or the Microsoft Power Platform. Record of accomplishment in designing & implementing innovative solutions with quantitative value. Agile skills that draw from other disciplines such as management, business administration, organization development, information technology, and computer science.Strong process mapping and visualization (Microsoft Visio).Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong drive for perfection / professionalism in delivery and presentation. Proven ability to work both independently on projects and as part of the larger team. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with python or other programming language. Ability to network, persuade / influence, engage partners, and build strong teams, with a positive internal customer focus. Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members. Advance project management skills to manage a portfolio of projects to ensure proper resource allocation and timely execution.
