SF Rental Properties is hiring a Laborer to assist our Lead Maintenance Technician with general property maintenance and improvement tasks across our rental properties in Western Pennsylvania. This position requires someone dependable, hardworking, and willing to take direction with a positive attitude.ResponsibilitiesDrive to various property locations to complete assigned tasksPerform basic labor work such as cleaning up job sites and assisting with repairsPaint walls, trim, and surfaces as neededInstall or repair flooring materialsAssist with light cabinetry or carpentry workSupport snow removal and seasonal maintenance tasksFollow instructions carefully and maintain a professional demeanor on siteRequirementsReliable truck for supplies, equipment and to travel between propertiesBasic experience with tools, painting, flooring, or general laborWillingness to work both indoors and outdoors in various conditionsStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to take direction and work independently or with a teamWork ScheduleFull-time or part-time options availableMonday to Friday, with occasional weekend needs during snow or emergency maintenanceIf youre reliable, motivated, and ready to be part of a growing property management team, wed like to hear from you.
