Patient Care Coordinator

Job Title : Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Location : Delaware, OH

Contract : 2-months contract with possible extension

Shift : 08 : 00 AM – 05 : 00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Hours Per week : 40 hours per week

Position background :

• Working in a family medicine office with one MD and one NP.
• This position will be checking patients in / out as well as scheduling patients, answering incoming phone calls and scanning and importing documents and reviewing incoming faxes as well as other duties as assigned.
• Experience in front medical office and EPIC EMR is preferred.
