Position Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel LPN for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Auburn, NY . The LPN will work under the supervision of the RN and Physician, overseeing CNAs and Ward Clerks, and providing high-quality resident care. This role requires strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities :

Supervise CNAs and Ward Clerks on the unit

Provide direct patient care and administer medications as directed by RN or Physician

Make independent decisions when necessary while maintaining communication with the RN and supervisors

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

Ensure accurate documentation of patient care

Work every other weekend and holiday as required

Requirements :

Active LPN license in New York State

Previous experience in a SNF or long-term care setting preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Professional, customer-service focused attitude
