First Connect Health is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Utica, New York.

Position Title : LPN / LVN

Location : 1650 Champlin Avenue, Utica, NY 13502

Contract Details :

  • Length : 13 Weeks
  • Hours : 37.5 hrs / week
  • Shift : Days (6 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM, 8-hour shifts)

    • Compensation Package :

  • Gross Weekly Pay : $1,556
  • W2 Rate : $16 / hr
  • Per Diem (Housing & Meals – Non-Taxable) : $956 / week

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Active NY State LPN license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience with patient populations : Med-Surg, Ortho, Dementia, Memory Care
  • Familiarity with EMR : PointClick Care
