Intake Coordinator

Seasonal Intake Coordinator assists applicants with Energy Assistance applications.

Community Services company seeks Intake Coordinator to assist with Energy Assistance Program to help community members with energy costs during winter months.

Intake Coordinator Details :

  • Temporary position
  • $14.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08 : 00am to 04 : 30pm)
  • Scan applications into system.
  • Process applications.
  • Calculate applicants' income.

    • Intake Coordinator Qualifications :

  • Must be comfortable with a computer.
  • Must have office experience.
  • Must be able to travel to South Bend for training.
  • Must have good math skills.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
