Director of AI Transformation

A company is looking for a Director of AI Transformation in Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team building and deploying AI solutions for higher education customers

Drive the roadmap for AI applications including content summarization, adaptive learning, and personalization

Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to align AI initiatives with business goals

Required Qualifications

PhD in Applied Math, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

10+ years of experience in AI or data-driven transformation roles

Strong expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deploying AI models to production

Deep understanding of ModelOps, data architecture, and orchestration frameworks

Proven leadership of technical teams and success in scaling high-performing AI organizations
