Financial Analyst

Tramontina USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team at our Sugar Land, TX location. Only local candidates will be considered. This is an in-office position.

About the Role :

The Financial Analyst supports the organization's financial operations by assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities including Accounts Payable and expense management. This position is responsible for maintaining accuracy in financial records, analyzing vendor and expense data, and providing insights to improve cost efficiency and operational performance. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of accounting principles. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the accounting, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting, timely payments, and effective financial controls across the Accounts Payable function.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or Accounts Payable.
• Working knowledge of general accounting principles and AP processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.

Proficiency in Hyperion Enterprise and Microsoft Access facilitates efficient data management and report generation, while pivot tables allow for dynamic data analysis and visualization. Preferred skills like advanced Excel capabilities and professional certifications enhance the analyst's ability to deliver precise insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
