Trial Attorney

Overview

Well-respected, busy boutique litigation firm in Mission Valley is looking for an experienced, well-credentialed civil litigation associate to assume immediate, significant responsibility for large and diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings; developing and implementing discovery plans; taking and defending depositions of parties, percipient witnesses, and experts; successful track record in bringing, opposing, and arguing dispositive motions; attending mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences; and first chair responsibility in state or federal bench / jury trials, administrative hearings, or binding arbitrations.
• Possess excellent writing and interpersonal skills with colleagues, staff, clients, etc.
• Grow with the firm over time.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary commensurate with experience, supplemented by monthly bonuses and quarterly referral bonuses. Medical insurance, CLE classes and Bar Dues paid by the firm. Generous vacation / PTO package. 401(k) plan with partial match. Plenty of free parking.
