The Access Control Receptionist (Senior) oversees security desk operations, ensuring compliance with entry control protocols, supervision of junior personnel, and coordination of physical security measures at classified facilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise access control operations and ensure shift coverage at entry points.
• Coordinate with government security personnel and contractors regarding visitor processing and event access.
• Maintain daily logs and access control incident records.
• Conduct random inspections and compliance spot-checks.
• Support physical security assessments and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior access control personnel and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
