Join our team! LifeServe Blood Center is currently seeking interested candidates for a part-time Product Management Driver opening at our Aberdeen location. Product Management Drivers are responsible for transporting blood products and / or specimens between service hospitals and fixed sites. Success in this role requires a commitment to quality and timely service to our customers in a courteous manner. This position will transport blood products / supplies to and from Aberdeen. The hours are typically, but not all inclusive :

• Monday 3 : 45pm-9 : 15pm
• Tuesday 3 : 45pm-9 : 15pm
• Wednesday 2 : 45pm-8 : 15pm
• Thursday 12 : 45pm-6 : 15pm
• Friday 9 : 45am-3 : 15pm

This position offers a limited benefit package that includes flex spending, vision, and supplemental accident and / or critical care optional coverage. Approximately 1.5 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) will start to accrue on day 1.

Primary Responsibilities of this Position Include :

Provide transportation for blood products, blood samples and supplies in a manner that ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies

Report vehicle issues to and coordinates repairs or maintenance with the appropriate individuals

Report any situations that may have impacted product, sample or supply quality

Report any work related accidents or injuries to the appropriate individuals

Maintains cleanliness of vehicle

Maintains regular attendance and availability

Maintains confidentiality of LifeServe Blood Center donor, employee, financial and proprietary records and information at all times

Meet expectations regarding scheduled pickups / deliveries and on-call hours

Education and / or Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent

A valid driver's license and motor vehicle report (MVR) that meets insurability requirements

One year previous driving / delivery experience

Working Conditions :

Requires moderate discomfort or inconvenience

Work not always performed in climate-controlled area, including cold, heat and outdoors

This role requires being comfortable driving, when needed, in winter weather conditions
