We pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in everything we do. We're currently seeking a Loaner Coordinator to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers and assist with the check-in / check-out process for loaner vehicles.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each use, documenting findings as needed.
• Track and manage the loaner fleet to ensure vehicle availability and rotation.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management about vehicle status.
• Maintain organized records of loaner contracts, driver's licenses, and insurance documents.
• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to every customer.
