We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering and team management, with a proven track record of leading and scaling AI initiatives in a large organization.

This role will be responsible for strategic planning, directorate operations support, executive briefing support, program execution and oversight, and internal & external stakeholder communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  • Integration across AI Foundations (AI Factory, AI Consulting, Aimlabs), CDAO and IT to ensure a OneLM approach to Lockheed’s foundational AI ecosystem to develop 21 century capabilities for our Customers missions and internal business operations
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand stakeholder needs and set strategic vision
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently, manage budgets and personal for successful execution
  • Champion the adoption of new and emerging skills, tools, and best practices in AI
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing organization with critical skill sets
  • Lead and manage the development of AI software and tools that are scalable, reusable, and extensible
  • Contribute to the organization vision and strategy
  • Strengthen the AI community at the organization through support of communications and collaboration
