A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to perform customer service activities for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate responses from internal stakeholders to assist in customer inquiries
Execute contract reviews and manage the order entry process across multiple sites
Support Operations and Sales goals while advocating for customer requirements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
3+ years of experience in the medical device or related field
Experience with Oracle and Vendor Managed platforms is a plus
Sales and service acumen
Medical Device Manufacturing Customer Service experience preferred
