As Operations Manager, you’ll be entrusted with leading a high-performing team, improving operational systems, and ensuring our processes and people align to deliver excellence at every level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the operations team to meet clear goals, with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including labor planning, scheduling, and process optimization.
• Implement systems and processes to enhance product handling, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, legal regulations).
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to maintain operational efficiency.
• Foster a performance-driven culture that values every team member’s contributions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent Glastron in regulatory discussions and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
