PKWare PKEncrypt PTC – MKS Implementer TAA Tools SEA – absMessage High availability systems operations, scheduling, automation and support Vulnerability patching of operating system and associated components Storage & File Systems management Hardware Planning, Configuration and Incident Management Performance & Capacity Management System (COB) Continuity of Business processes and procedures Review requirement documents and update processes and procedures as necessary Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements Perform impact analysis, solve / work high impact problems / projects, and provide resolution to restore services Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service 7+ years of experience working on large, complex iSeries environments especially in Financial Services industry, with a proven track record of delivering results on time, operational process change and improvement. 5+ years of experience providing level 2 / 3 engineering support Ability to work with virtual / in-person teams, and work under pressure / to a deadline Effective written and verbal communication skills Effective analytic / diagnostic skills Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience
The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst responsible for the installation, configuration and support of Citi’s IBM iSeries high-availability platform.
Responsibilities :
This position is responsible for the IBM iSeries Operating System management including :
- Installation and maintenance of the IBM i Operating System, security, middleware and communications software on Power-8 and Power-10 hardware
