We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Rochester, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all information. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Input and update data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records by sorting and filing both physical and digital documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email correspondence.
- Perform data verification to ensure information is complete, consistent, and accurate.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and manage documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues related to data entry.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining file systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Handle typing assignments and other administrative tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and data entry with a focus on accuracy.
- Experience in customer service and handling email correspondence.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for document creation and management.
- Ability to organize files and maintain a structured record-keeping system.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and speed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in a data entry or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
