A company is looking for a Tier I Technician - Third Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Create tickets for MACD requests and assist with mobile phone activation
Answer inbound phone calls, voicemails, and chats while maintaining quality assurance scores
Assist other teams with overflow work as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience with a mobile carrier or in Inbound Contact Centers preferred
A+ Certification is a plus
Ability to secure public trust security clearance
Regular and reliable attendance
