Webmaster

Position Summary

The Global Webmaster is responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, maintenance, and optimization of an organization's digital presence across all international markets. This role ensures consistency, accessibility, and performance of the websites and web-based applications, supporting the company's business goals globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies tailored to local markets to drive organic growth.
• Design, launch, and manage multi-language corporate websites and microsites.
• Maintain continuity of web operations across multiple time zones and departments while assisting with content updates and website analytics.
• Ensure all website content, structure, and navigation are user-friendly, accessible, and culturally relevant while maintaining consistent, accurate, and current information is shared.
• Collaborate with global teams to localize content and ensure compliance with local regulations and norms.
• Create campaign-specific landing pages and A / B test to optimize performance.
• Monitor site performance, usability, and SEO using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
• Serve as primary liaison for all website projects, ensuring seamless coordination with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
• Coordinate website updates, security patches, and technical enhancements with internal IT and external vendors.
• Support the integration of CRM and marketing automation platforms to enhance user experience.
• Maintain web analytics and reporting systems, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure web accessibility and mobile responsiveness for all international users.
• Manage domain registrations, hosting, and SSL certificates for multiple geographies.
• Understanding of ecommerce CMS systems.
• Oversee web governance, including privacy, copyright, and data protection policies globally.

Physical / Mental Demands

Position requires a high degree of concentration to manage frequent interruptions while meeting strict deadlines. This position requires the ability to perform duties using both typical office equipment such as computers, cell phones, and printers as well as the ability to communicate and perform tasks in an office environment. Must be able to perform physical and mental tasks associated within multiple environments. This position may require travel and flexibility with work hours to support global initiatives.

Compensation :

The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters, inc / Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
