Lodging Manager Position

Blue Ridge Equity is seeking a Lodging Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio. Must have three years of experience in coordinating the scheduling of personnel and activities to support operational needs, maintaining organized records and documentation related to personnel and administrative functions, communicating with internal staff and external vendors to facilitate operational workflows. Job duties include planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of an organization or department that provides lodging and other accommodations. The Lodging Manager must also supervise cleaning staff, vendors, and other service suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and timelines; conduct post-cleaning property inspections and document results; provide feedback and coaching to improve service quality; maintain checklists, inspection logs, and vendor compliance reports; and manage inventory, procure supplies, and support daily operational tasks.
