Senior Digital Marketing Manager
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks as well as overseeing and optimizing the infrastructure of digital marketing efforts. The digital marketing strategy must support the overall Business Unit strategy in parallel with the strategic marketing vision and must support the ongoing development and growth of commercial success as defined by the annual goals and targets. In this role, you will safeguard the Perceptive and Business Unit brand and manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives. The role requires a blend of technical prowess, analytical thinking, and creativity to support marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement in digital marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing automation, website CMS, digital advertising platforms, social media platforms, and various martech software applications.
- Manage social media platforms; determine and create optimal assets to increase engagement.
- Responsible for keeping the corporate website current and up to date and managing its administration.
- Develop imagery and other assets for internal and external use.
- Evaluate important metrics that effect website traffic, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
- Assess current demand generation strategies and identify necessary investments to enhance campaign returns and efficiency.
- Execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Create and execute unique online campaigns, email drips, nurturing programs, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Account based marketing / IP targeting, etc. to drive sales and / or produce quality leads.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Lead Generation teams delivering digital intelligence to the commercial team in the form of lead scoring, qualified lead management, and accountability tracking.
- Carryout any other reasonable duties as required.

Experience in the same or similar role.Demonstrable experience in : Digital marketing channels, paid digital media, social media, SEM / SEO, and Google Analytics, SalesForce CRM, Pardot / Account Engagement platforms, WordPress and WP Engine and Adobe creative suite, video development / editing skills an advantage.Digital-forward, driven to innovate, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines.Bachelor's Degree in a marketing discipline or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.English : Fluent.Come as you are.
