FTE : 0.9 FTE Full-Time, Shift : Nights 6 : 30pm-7 : 00am, Schedule : TBD. Self scheduling model utilized. Some weekends required. This position is for Deaconess Hospital Float Pool. Pay, Premium Pay & Benefits : Pay starting at $20.56 per hour depending on licensed experience 5K Sign on Bonus with a 24-month commitment to MultiCare (must have 1+ year licensed CNA experience to qualify) Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities You'll be eligible for weekend and shift differentials

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
