Real Estate Development Specialist

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer to manage real estate efforts for 4G / 5G projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage pre-construction efforts for macro new build and modification programs

Oversee vendor activities related to site acquisition and A&E partners to ensure project milestones are met

Collaborate with internal teams and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Significant telecom / wireless experience with strong project management skills

Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and vendors

Familiarity with macro new build and modification projects

Experience with database tracking systems and tools, preferably FUZE

Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines
